Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are final sale; we do not accept returns or exchanges:
- International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;
- Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items);
- Gift cards;
- Items designated final sale; and
- Orders purchased with the store credit.
To start a return, please create an account with us, using the same email that was used for the order. Please go to your orders, select the order to return to initiate the return request.
Returns must be shipped within 3 days of receipt of the return authorization form. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, that will be deducted from the cost of the returned item. You will be getting return shipping label via email.
Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order or shipped beyond 3 days of receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
All shipping costs, including the original shipping charge and the cost of return shipping, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
-If you paid for the original shipping, the final refund amount will be the value of the returned merchandise less return shipping charges.
-If you got a complimentary shipping for the original shipping and the final cost of the kept merchandise is below $150, the final refund amount will be the value of the returned merchandise less all shipping and handling charges incurred for delivery and return.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email nastiamak@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, include your name, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, or repair.
THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
If you purchased Aven Atelier jewelry from a third-party retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
