Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders for in-stock, non-customized items can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, or before it has been processed and shipped, whichever comes first. Please email us at nastiamak@yahoo.com with your order number.
  • Post-Fulfillment: Once your order has been packed and a tracking number issued, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to initiate a return (see our return policy) upon receipt.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Custom-made pieces, engraved jewelry, or specially ordered sizes are non-cancellable once the crafting process has started.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
