Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on national holidays. All orders placed outside of the designated window will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping.

Delivery time within US depends on the shipping option you pick upon the check out.

We offer complimentary shipping, via USPS Ground Advantage, on orders over $150 shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States. Alternative services or faster shipping options are available at checkout for your convenience for extra charge.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. Aven Atelier is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LEAD TIMES

All orders’ shipments are subject to the availability, production, and fulfillment lead. Each piece is estimated to ship within its respective lead time, if not currently in stock.

We carry both “preorder” and “in stock” pieces. Preordered items and are shipped upon availability or completion, within approximately 1 to 4 weeks of purchase. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at nastiamak@yahoo.com.

ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS WITH DIFFERENT AVAILABILITY/LEAD TIMES

If you place an order for multiple pieces with different lead times, your order will be shipped when the entire order is ready, typically within the latest estimated lead time of all items in your order. If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at nastiamak@yahoo.com to make special shipping arrangements.
